• SLC Registration, including competitive event selection, chapter voting delegate designation (2 members), lunch ticket orders, and t-shirt orders.
• Competitive Event Accommodations form for any qualifying student – please also email Jami that you have submitted this form

FEBRUARY 15:

• Book hotel room in courtesy block

FEBRUARY 21:

• Competitive Events deadlines
  • Testing is open February 10-21 (don’t wait until the last day!)
  • Digital Uploads for the events requiring them (instructions)
• 2025-2026 State Officer Applications
• Nebraska HOSA Pin Design Contest
• HOSA College Scholarship Application 
• HOSA Special Award nominations
• Chapter of the Year Application 
• Advisor of the Year Nomination
• Outstanding Chapter Member of the Year
• Chapter Award Program submissions 
• SLC Blood Drive Donation Form
  • Parent Consent Form for students age 16.
• Best Matchmaker form (NMDP Service Project recognition award)
• Hemoglobin Hero Form 
• Recognition Events
  • HOSA Service Project (NMDP, formerly known as Be The Match) volunteer hours and money raised into the HOSA Activity Tracking System – tracking: member instructions and advisor instructions
  • Barbara James Service Award hours must be entered into the HOSA Activity Tracking System and approved by teachers – tracking: member instructions and advisor instructions
  • American Red Cross Volunteer Service – see guidelines for details
