HOSA used to stand for Health Occupation Students of America, but since HOSA has become an international organization, the organization is officially known as HOSA - Future Health Professionals.
Why should I join HOSA?
Nebraska HOSA is a prestigious state association of the international HOSA organization. HOSA provides a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition exclusively for secondary, postsecondary/collegiate, and middle school students who are enrolled in health science education and biomedical science programs or have interests in pursuing careers in health professions.
