Registration will be open this fall on apps.hosa.org and is limited to 125 students for Bryan Discovery Day and 60 students for Hastings Discovery Day.

Cost: $10/HOSA member; lunch is provided.

When registering for Bryan Discovery Day, each attendee will need to indicate their menu preference:
1. Veggie wrap
2. Beef and colby on hoagie
3. Italian sub

Please inform NE HOSA of any dietary restrictions when registering by emailing the HOSA state advisor. We can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut free, or lactose free if we are informed ahead of the event.

Dress Code is business casual or scrubs.

• Students must be HOSA members in order to register for the event. 
• Each chapter must have an advisor or school-approved chaperone attend with their students.
• Due to legal restrictions, all delegates, guests, and HOSA advisors must complete the following forms to be eligible to attend any NE HOSA Experiences or Conferences. These forms do NOT need to be submitted to HOSA, but HOSA will need to be informed if there are parents of students who do not want photos/names released in HOSA publications. The chapter advisor or chaperone should have access to these completed forms when their chapter attends any event.

• Changes to registration can be made prior to registration closing. After closing, cancellations/refunds are not permitted, but substitutions are allowed. Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Registration invoices will be sent to the chapter advisor following the close of registration via HOSA's Quickbooks account.
