Event Purpose
The HOSA Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) provides training for HOSA chapter members, officers, and advisors in the areas of leadership, chapter development, partnership establishment, and the competitive event program. Members will also learn about health science education programs, careers in healthcare, and local healthcare employment opportunities. Attendees will have a variety of sessions to choose from, and there are sessions tailored to new members as well as long-time members and chapter leaders.
Registration
Registration will be open September 15-26, 2025 on apps.hosa.org. Please inform NE HOSA of any dietary restrictions when registering by adding the dietary restriction "Option" to that member's registration.
Cost & Dress Code
The cost per HOSA member is $20. This cost includes lunch. Please inform NE HOSA of any dietary restrictions when registering by adding the dietary restriction "Option" to that member's registration.
Dress Code is business casual. Students will be networking with potential employers and college representatives, so professional dress is important.
Requirements
- Students must be HOSA members in order to register for the event.
- Each chapter must have an advisor or school-approved chaperone attend with their students.
- Due to legal restrictions, all delegates, guests, and HOSA advisors must complete the following forms to be eligible to attend any NE HOSA Experiences or Conferences. These forms do NOT need to be submitted to HOSA, but HOSA will need to be informed if there are parents of students who do not want photos/names released in HOSA publications. The chapter advisor or chaperone should have access to these completed forms when their chapter attends any event.
- Changes to registration can be made prior to registration closing. After closing, cancellations/refunds are not permitted, but substitutions are allowed. Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Registration invoices will be emailed following the close of registration to the chapter advisor via HOSA's Quickbooks account.
