CHI Health Midlands- 11111 S 84th St, Papillion, NE 68046 AND 2. CHI Health Lakeside- 16901 Lakeside Hills Ct, Omaha, NE 68130 Registration opens January 20, 2020 and closes February 3, 2020. **Please see the event page for more information.**
