Registration will be open September 29 - October 10, 2025.

The cost per HOSA member is $15. This cost includes lunch. Please inform NE HOSA of any dietary restrictions when registering. We can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut free, or lactose free if we are informed during the registration process.

Dress Code is business casual or scrubs. Students will be meeting with potential employers and college representatives, so professional dress is important. 

Because the 2025 event is on Halloween, attendees can alternatively wear a school-appropriate Halloween costume, if allowed by their school policies and advisors.

• Students must be HOSA members in order to register for the event. 
• Each chapter must have an advisor or school-approved chaperone attend with their students.
• Due to legal restrictions, all delegates, guests, and HOSA advisors must complete the following forms to be eligible to attend any NE HOSA Experiences or Conferences. These forms do NOT need to be submitted to HOSA, but HOSA will need to be informed if there are parents of students who do not want photos/names released in HOSA publications. The chapter advisor or chaperone should have access to these completed forms when their chapter attends any event.

• Changes to registration can be made prior to registration closing. After closing, cancellations/refunds are not permitted, but substitutions are allowed. Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
